Il cast of Sanremo 2023 officially closed last night with the final of Sanremo Youth 2022, which he saw triumph GianMARIA, former competitor of X Factor 2021, which was then awarded the ticket for the Italian Song Festival.
With him five other young people, who have conquered the privilege of getting on stage of the Ariston alongside the 22 big which have already been selected and which, in recent days, have not failed to arouse some controversy (such as the exclusion of Antonino Spadaccino, winner of Such and what Show 2022, which was not “digested” by many viewers).
Sanremo Festival 2023: here are the six young people we will see on the Ariston stage in February
Besides GianMARIA, which in a sense is a "new entry" since after X Factor 2021 he did not participate in other talent shows and concentrated exclusively on his musical production, a February 2023 we will also see:
- Shari: singer produced by Psalm, is the only young girl who will take the stage of Sanremo 2023. She has already participated in the selection of Sanremo Giovani 2019 and, before convincing Psalm, made a long apprenticeship that lasted four years.
- Glue Uncle: among the bands that were in the competition at Sanremo Giovani 2022, they are the only ones to have passed and to have convinced everyone. They are five guys from Milan who came together for fun and for their passion for music, recounting in their songs the difficulties and daily life of generation Z, and have never participated in a talent show.
- Sethu: very particular singer and rapper, he too does not come out of the workshop of a talent and has a very original look, reminiscent of Spock from Star Trek. He started taking his first steps in the music world in 2018.
- Will: perhaps the first artist from TikTok who has ever been taken by Sanremo, participated in X Factor 2020.
- OLLY: another surprise, he has a beautiful voice and is perhaps the one who has made the longest apprenticeship among the young people of Sanremo 2023, since he started in 2016. He studied singing and music from an early age and proposed his first songs on Soundcloud, Youtube and Spotify.
La Final of Sanremo Youth 2022 was dedicated by Amadeus and Gianni Morandi a Sinisa Mihajlović, who disappeared in the early afternoon of Friday 16 December 2022 after a long illness, which had struck him suddenly in 2019.
The former champion and coach of many teams, including Milan and Bologna, had been a guest together with Zlatan Ibrahimovic of the Sanremo Festival 2021, where he had told of his pathology.
