Fourth Framework amended for the general strike of the week from 11 to 15 November 2013

A new wave of strikes is expected in the week from 11 to 15 November 2013 with different modalities for each region. Campania stops on November 15th.

A new round of strikes called by the CGIL, CISL and UIL trade unions.

- strikes I am a protest demonstration against the Stability Law (ex Finance Law), scheduled between 11 and 15 November throughout Italy in different ways region by region.

The 4 scheduled strike hours will involve workers from all sectors, but the modalities will be structured differently at the territorial level.

The organization of dozens of initiatives is expected in the coming days following the different strike modes that will vary between the various regions with the following calendar:

  • 11 November - Calabria, with demonstration and procession in Cosenza
  • 12 November - Basilicata, with Potenza and Matera particularly interested
  • 13 November - Lazio, with demonstration in Rome | Tuscany, with a procession in Florence
  • 14 November - Liguria, with a procession in Genoa
  • 15 November - All other regions, including the Campania, with parades in Milan, Turin and Venice and event in Avellino. Stop 8 hours in Campania and Friuli Venezia Giulia, of 4 hours in Puglia.

The mobilization aims to focus the government's attention on an action that targets waste to increase resources for retirees and workers, asking for a reduction in taxes on the same and resources to revalue pensions that have been stopped for too long.

A wide range of proposals that, among many things, offers some cuts to the wastes and costs of politics.

Meetings requested by the unions themselves to concretely "formalize" their criticisms of the law in question and to discuss the necessary changes to the provision will follow shortly.
