Sergio Caputo meets fans at the Fnac in Naples to celebrate the 30 years from his first album

In addition to the publication of the album Un Sabato Italiano 30, the Roman singer-songwriter Sergio Caputo celebrates the 30 years from the studio work that consecrated him to success with a tour, which will have one also in Naples, and a book.

It is an autobiography, "One Saturday Italian Memories“, Which recalls the title of his first album and in which he decided to tell all the experiences, ideas, events and obstacles that led him to record an album that has now become one of the classics of Italian music.
Caputo will present the album and the book will present at the Fnac in Naples the 6th December.

Un Sabato Italiano, recorded in 1983, immediately achieved great success and, after 30 years, its popularity shows no sign of waning. Caputo, therefore, will tell and tell, together with the speaker and journalist Carmine Aymone, to all those who will participate in the meeting this afternoon.

We anticipate that the book is divided into episodes linked by a common thread and, in a certain way, makes explicit what could only be read between the lines of his songs. A book that can be appreciated more if accompanied by listening to the album that Caputo recorded in honor of Un Sabato Italiano and which contains some remake in a jazz key of all 10 tracks engraved 30 years ago.
