Spinacorona is a program of free concerts in various places in Naples that will give life to beautiful musical walks in the city!

As part of the review of events September More there will also be the first edition of "Spinacorona - Musical Walks in Naples", a series of 23 concerts completely free that will take place in various places in the city from morning to evening.

The appointments will be from the 21 to the 24 September 2017 and the exhibition is organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Municipality of Naples with the Artistic Direction of the creator Michele Campanella and the organizational support of the Puccini Festival Foundation.

It is a kind of path of historical-artistic discovery of Naples through chamber music, which will act as a common thread in the walks of historic places in Naples, even less known than those now famous.
Each concert will last around 40 minutes and will see protagonists high level artists, among the most prestigious in Italy and abroad. Maestro Campanella, who will be present at one of the concerts, will be accompanied by the writer Maurizio De Giovanni who will read one of his stories written for this occasion.

The exhibition takes its name from the statue of the Spinacorona which is located in front of the fountain of the same name in front of the Church of Santa Caterina alla Spina Corona, where there is a plaque with the inscription "Dum Vesevi Syrena Incendia Mulcet"Which refers to Siren, that is in Naples itself, which with its beauty manages to appease Vesuvius.
