"Plank-on!" is the initiative that will make you train among the most important monuments of Naples with master trainers and tour guides!

Il April 22, 2017 in Naples, “Plank-on! Believe in Your Core Training ", a format that, in addition to taking care of the body through outdoor training, aims at discovering the cultural heritage that surrounds the athlete. Three master trainers will follow you during the workout, while a tour guide, who will train with those present, will illustrate some of the most important historical monuments that you can see around you, discovering the details and history of these artistic beauties.

The format, organized by the Made in Scampia Association, wants to underline that well-being and health must not only concern the physical aspect but also the intellectual one, for this the event will be accompanied by Opes, a sports organization that launched the campaign “Sport is done ad art”.

"Plank-on", as at every stage, will donate a portion of the ticket proceeds to a local charity: this time the financial support will be delivered to the Made In Scampia association. The ticket price includes a complete training kit: official event t-shirt, pre and post workout energy bars, Silent Action headphones rental and download of the exclusive compilation created by DJ Marco Bartolucci and Club Culture Records. The path to follow

Appointment to the 8: 15 in Piazza del Plebiscito, at the historic Caffè Gambrinus, for the registration and delivery of the training kit. From here, after the starting whistle, we will continue towards Castel dell'Ovo and, before reaching i Spanish Neighborhoods, athletes will be able to listen to the history of the realization of the Maschio Angioino, further stage of the route. From here the group will continue until the Galleria Umberto I and then return to Piazza del Plebiscito.

The training goals

Athletes will have to travel 7 kilometers in 90 minutes, alternating running and fast walking with Body Wake (exercises for muscle awakening), UrbanFeptyBand (exercises with the use of innovative bandages to work on joint flexibility and mobility) and 3Kamp (exercises designed to enhance performance physics). The participants they will wear special headphones through which they will be able to listen to the indications of the trainer and the exclusive compilation, in silent mode.
