Tango Nuevo by Astor Piazzolla for a magical evening at Domus Ars!

Tonight 7 November 2015, Tango Nuevo of the Argentine master Astor Piazzolla will magically relive to the Domus Ars of Santa Chiara, in Naples, during the concert "Pasiones " of the quintet Neofonia Ensemble.

Il Tango Nuevo by Piazzolla represented a break with the traditional schemes of tango and was defined as "electric revolution” as he introduced unusual musical instruments, such as the flute and drums, into the performance. His music brought together elements of classical and jazz music with Argentine colors, managing to interpret sometimes contrasting moods, from passion to melancholy.

The master Gianni Mola, spirit of the group Neofonia Ensemble, composed by Luca Urciuolo on the accordéon, Arturo Sica on the violin, Aldo Farias on the guitar and Camillo Chianese on the double bass, he is among the few to perfectly execute the directives of Piazzolla's porteña music, with whom he collaborated personally, remaining one of the most fervent supporters, also obtaining gratifying international awards and recognitions.

A Saturday from Latin knowledge that will make our heart vibrate.
