"A Night at the Museum", the project of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, allows night entry to museums and archaeological areas until December

The initiative of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities is back, proposing the nocturnal opening of numerous museums on national soil. This time, however, it is not a single event that covers a few hours of a single weekend, but rather the project "Night at the Museum".

The idea, which recalls the title of the famous film released a few years ago, makes it possible to visit Italian museums even during the night. Until the end Decemberin fact, every last Saturday of the month, in 38 cultural sites, including the archaeological areas state, entry will also be possible from 20 to 24.

It starts Saturday 27 July and until December 2013 for museums and until September 2013 for the state archaeological areas.
The project was born with the collaboration of the Directorate for Valorization of the Ministry and has the ultimate aim of making the initiative permanent both to favor tourists both to make culture accessible even in more suggestive moments.

The Minister of Cultural Heritage, Massimo Bray, he said he worked hard for this project

which brings our museums closer to European standards and intends to draw the attention of the public to the importance of these places, as essential references for the promotion of territories and therefore significant vehicles for economic development. Citizens and tourists will have the opportunity, outside the usual visiting hours, to admire the national cultural heritage Italy
