The Curiocity and Visitare Napoli associations have organized two interesting guided tours to the Certosa di San Martino
Within the initiative Sunday at the Museum, which establishes that every first Sunday of the month the entrance ticket to visit the cultural heritage is not paid, on 1 March 2015 the associations Curiocity and visit Naples, have organized two different guided tours to the Certosa di San Martino.
La Certosa is a two-level museum, divided by thematic sections, among which we find the naval one, that of the carriages, the crib, the rooms of the fourth of the prior (which houses a varied gallery of paintings), as well as the theatrical sections, of the prints and drawings and of the figurative arts.
The visit proposed by Curiocity is at cartographic section, where, through the historical memories of the glorious Kingdom of Naples, including the famous topographic map Tavola Strozzi, and numerous furnishings, sculptures, weapons and various relics, the urban revolution of Naples will be told.
The Vivere Napoli Association, instead, it will lead us to naval sections, which exhibits various models of royal boats and two battleships, the crib section, which exhibits the famous and wonderful Cuciniello nativity scene, and in the chapel of the Certosa. Furthermore, the end of the visit will coincide with the opening hours of the undergrounds that can be visited by making a different reservation.
Do not forget to look out from the terrace of San Martino which offers a picturesque view of the Gulf of Naples.
