The popular morning show Long live Rai 2!, conducted by Fiorello, Biggio and Casciari, you take one break for Easter. The program will observe a break from Holy Week, precisely from Thursday 6 April to Tuesday 11 April, allowing the cast and crew to enjoy a well-deserved rest. The last episode before the break will be broadcast Wednesday April 5, while the live return is planned for Wednesday 12 April.
Why is the program paused?
Secondo Fiorello, the decision to discontinue the program was made by Rai top management by way of the you listen. With schools closed and Easter Monday in between, the television audience available to follow the morning-show would have been reduced.

For fans of Viva Rai 2, there won't be no substitute programming in the usual time, which goes from 7:00, with Viva Via Asiago 10, to 8:00, when the daily live broadcast ends.
The Rai TV guide has the miniseries scheduled for Thursday and Good Friday “The Valley of Wild Roses”, a German title from 2016, broadcast from 6:55 to 8:30, not quite the genre that the Rai 2 audience is used to in the morning.
Viewers can turn to RaiPlay to catch up on all the episodes broadcast so far, from the first with Amadeus on 5 December 2022 to the last, in which an imitator of Premier Giorgia Meloni made her debut, whose return is not excluded.
