On the occasion of white night to be held at Vomero on 11 October 2014, the Floridiana will open its gates throughout the day proposing a large series of activities and events.
From the 10 in the morning to the 23, you can attend exhibitions, take walks and guided tours and have fun in the paths of the park. Let's see, however, in more detail what we will offer this wonderful day.
Artists and markets
Thanks to the ArricreArte Association and the collaboration of the Municipality of Naples, the Special Superintendency for the PSAE and the Museum Complex of the city of Naples and the Royal Palace of Caserta, many artists, artisans, designers and collectors from Campania will present their works in an exhibition that connects tradition and city artistic history, in a harmonious combination of past and present.
There will also be set up art and craft markets, as well as collectibles and design, places where you can discover really special objects in a very suggestive location.
Happy Hour and La Bottega del Sorriso
In the evening, starting from 19.00, there will be a fun and tasty happy hour curated by Floridiana Caffè.
The day will also be an opportunity to dedicate yourself to solidarity, in fact, in an area of the villa, La Bottega del Sorriso will be hosted, where the works of the charity association that takes care of children with Down syndrome will be exhibited.
Guided tours
During the day you can make guided tours in the rooms of the Duca di Martina Museum and be able to observe all the collections once belonging to the Duke himself.
