From the 8 13 May, Naples celebrates the 15th edition of Wine & Thecity, the event that combines art, wine, fashion and culture. For six days, 100 addresses and over 100 wines to taste in the city will accompany visitors to discover new urban itineraries in historic places, private spaces, artists' and designers' ateliers, boutiques, gardens and courtyards.
Schedule of events
This is what the events of the Neapolitan kermesse consist of.
- 8st May: Inaugural evening at the monumental complex of Santa Maria La Nova in the historical centre, with the participation of Maestro Carlo Morelli's band and pop choir in the show That's Napoli Live Show. In the glasses the wines of the Sannio Consorzio Tutela Vini.
- 9st May: Wine & Thecity will be in 15 hotels in the city, offering tourists a welcome glass of wines from the Consorzio Tutela Vini Vesuvio.
- 10st May: Tastings in the boutiques in the Chiaia district with the sommeliers of Ais Napoli. In each address a cellar and a wine to discover.
- 10, 11 and 12 May: Events in terraces of large hotels and restaurants, promoting the culture of good Italian drinking and conviviality.
- 11 and 12 May: Special appointment at Rione Sanità, with guided tours of the Hypogeum of the Crystals and tastings of fine wines.
- 12st May: Exclusive aperitif at Stove of Flowers Tisaneria-Bistrot, located within the Real Bosco di Capodimonte.
- 13st May: Conclusion of the event in the Vigna di San Martino on the Vomero hill, with a guided walk among the rows and a farmer's lunch.

Off-city appointments
- 20st May: Wine&Thecity lands in Amalfi coast for a walk around tasting in the Fuenti Gardens, with wines selected by the Vita Salernum Vites Consortium and cuisine by executive chef Michele De Blasio.
- 8nd June: Event moves to Capua at the Campano Museum, with an exhibition of the works of the artist Matilde Sambo.
- 28 and 29 September: Grand Final a The Reggia Designer Outlet with "Fall in wine", where Wine & Thecity brings glasses, wines and sommeliers to the McArthurGlen Group's boutiques in the center of Campania.
