World Press Photo 2018 in Naples, the great exhibition of photojournalism arrives at the Pan

At the Pan di Napoli new appointment with World Press Photo for the 2018 edition, it is a great and prestigious photojournalism exhibition!

From 24 November at 16 December 2018 il Palace of the Arts of Naples opens its doors to welcome the World Press Photo 2018, the largest and most prestigious photojournalism exhibition in the world, now in its 63 ° edition.

This is an extraordinary and evocative event that attracts many visitors, in fact for the city of Naples this is the third appointment, after the success of the previous editions.

It is not just a great exhibition, but W is also a photojournalism contest, in fact they will be shown well 135 foto, chosen among the best in the world, and taken by 42 photographers of 22 different nations including Bangladesh, Egypt, France, Italy and Serbia, and that tell of news events, of daily life for a total of 10 sections.

The image will also be presented winner of the 2018, World Press Photo of the Year, the photo taken by the Venezuelan Ronaldo Schemidt, which portrays a boy on fire after a motorcycle exploded during a protest on May 3, 2017.

Friday December 7: 17 pm “STEFANO RENNA, 30 YEARS OF PHOTOGRAPHY”. IN COLLABORATION WITH THE UNITARY JOURNALISTS OF CAMPANIA

Sunday December 9: 11 hours: 00 PUBLIC LECTURE WITH NOLETTO VINCENZO

Saturday 15 December: 17 pm PUBLIC LECTURE WITH FRANCESCO PISTILLI

Sunday December 16: conclusive evening

From Friday 14th to Sunday 16th the “Photo of the Year” of the 63 years of World Press Photo will be screened.
