La Gaiola prepares for the arrival of spring with a unique experience: a cycle of yoga classes in the open air which will give your body well-being and relaxation. It will be an unforgettable experience made a few steps from the sea and the Roman excavations of theancient villa of Vedio Pollione. Anyone who wishes to participate in the exercises that will be held on the terrace in contact with the sea and nature must book in advance as the places are limited.

Yoga is a discipline that acts on two levels: physical and mental. Promotes oxygenation of the body, facilitates the elimination of toxins and improves concentration.
