The Bourbon Gallery will be the evocative setting of “In Zattera di notte”, a wonderful journey into the underground waters of Naples!
La Bourbon Gallery of Naples will host, in the evening of1 September 2017, a guided tour by night in raft inside the underground waters of the city of Naples, entitled its own In Zattera at night at the Galleria Borbonica.
In this event, participants will have the opportunity to admire some of them at the entrance to the route hydraulic workings of exceptional workmanship and the crosses engraved in the mortar, which recall the work fatigue of the pozzaro.
The ways of the pozzari, fragments of statues, vintage cars and motorcycles
This beautiful night raft ride will reach high moments of beauty when you return to the Galleria Borbonica, where you will pass through a long tunnel about 30 meters in the direction of the large cistern.
From here you can observe the arched walkways used by pozzari, then climb on a raft that will sail on the underground aquifer of Naples, in that abandoned gallery of the never completed Rapid Transit Line.
The journey will also be framed by huge fragments of statues, from auto and by vintage motorcycles find yourself under the debris. Because of the conformation of the place, participation in those with motor problems or suffering from claustrophobia is not recommended.
