A wonderful festival that this year aims to create a unique reference text for the grammar of the Neapolitan language

The Neapolitan now finds more and more space between the Neapolitan cultural events, no longer as a simple dialect but as true languageby now also recognized by UNESCO.

And it is precisely to celebrate with pride the Neapolitan language, that the Gianbattista Basile Association, in collaboration with the Councilorship for Culture of the Municipality of Naples and the 'Polytechnic Artistic Circle' Association, has decided to organize a Neapolitan language festival, which embraces the heart of Neapolitan history, culture and traditions.

A three day that will begin the 14 may 2015, with reservations required to be carried out within 13: 00 of the 13 May.

The main objective of the event, beyond the spread of Neapolitan culture, the realization of a unified grammar of the Neapolitan language, an operation to be carried out together with the most important names of the literary panorama regarding grammatical texts.
A very interesting result that would lead to a definitive text, a fundamental tool to dissolve the existing nodes, which often see conflicting opinions.

The festival will take place in the antechamber of the Barons of the Maschio Angioino, with free entry but by invitationtherefore do not forget to book! The complete program can be downloaded from the link at the end of the article.
