DAZN, the paid service that allows you to watch online video streaming, both live and on demand, of sporting events, has recently introduced changes that affect its Terms of use and Service Charter. Precisely for this reason there will be changes concerning the methods of use of the contents included in the TIMVISION offers activated by June 30 2022.
What offers change the conditions
The offers that will undergo these changes are:
- TIMVISION Football and Sport
- TIMVISION Football and Sport with Disney +
- TIMVISION Football and Sport with Netflix
- TIMVISION Gold
Specifically, starting from November 1, 2022 DAZN customers will be able to associate with their own account only two devices supported and if they are connected to your home internet network, ie cable or Wi-Fi, they can be used at the same time.
Otherwise, only a single device can be associated with the service. The cost of the service will not change.
How to withdraw from the TIMVISION offer
TIM, through a press release, however, made it known that all customers with a TIMVISION offer which includes DAZN contents and that it has been activated by June 30, 2022, who are unwilling to accept the new changes, can withdraw from the offer by October 31, 2022, and everything will happen without penalties or additional costs.
You can apply at the MyTIM Customer Area or through methods subsequently communicated by the company. The decoder in your possession, on loan for free use, will have to be returned within 30 days of the withdrawal request.
