Ugur Gunes, well-known Turkish actor famous for fiction Bitter land, will be the protagonist of the new Turkish TV series “At Sancak“, which will debut in Italy during the summer on Mediaset.
The original title, which can be translated into Italian as "Red flag“, portends an intense and dramatic plot focused on the military world.

The plot of “Al Sancak”
The fiction follows Ali Banazli, a brave man infantry captain who is assigned to lead a team to a deserted island for a top secret mission.
The situation becomes more complicated when news of arms trafficking and the action of terrorists who seek to subvert the balance of the Turkish state.
Specifically:
Pençe team commander, Capt Ali Banazli, gathers his team following a sudden blow. According to information received from a suspicious source named “Beyaz Melek” (angelo white), an important meeting will be held on an overseas island, where a large network that supplies weapons and funding to organizations will meet terrorist leaders.
If the Pençe team is successful, it will eliminate the threat to national security bound for Turkey and will come one step closer responsible for the death of their partner fallen in battle, Captain Atilla.
During the operation, in which a fierce fight takes place, the Pençe team comes across a surprise: the enemy is much more numerous than expected.
As the operation continues under difficult conditions, Captain Ali comes face to face with a mysterious gunsmith named Nadia.
The events following this meeting will set Captain Ali on an extremely difficult path.

Al Sancak is mostly filmed in Turkey, in Istanbul, with some scenes also being filmed in other locations around the state.
