The first advances on the Alto Fest 2014 which will take place in Naples in September
THEAlto Fest 2014, that is the International Festival of Performing Arts and Transversal Interventions, will take place in Naples by 22 28 to September and it is now in its fourth edition.
The Festival is a real invitation to immerse yourself in the world of performing arts, so much so that, as for each edition, private citizens will host in their homes and / or private spaces (like gardens, cellars, artisan workshops) the performances of numerous international artists.
The Alto Fest is totally independent and self-financed and is conceived and curated by TeatrInGestAzione. This year alone, there have been over 200 responses from international artists and scholars who have agreed to participate and these participations involve 44 countries of the world.
From the first anticipations of the Festival we know that the management has already announced an edition full of activities and events dedicated to citizens and artists. You can participate in Laboratories and Calls and the possibility of personally participating in the realization of the festival is guaranteed.
In fact, every citizen can host an artist in their own home by making available a room, a bed or a sofa or by joining directly with the staff. The link to participate is that of the Community of the Alto Fest.
Furthermore, there are also activities dedicated to the artists:
- il announcement Abitare Eduardo, dedicated to artists, authors and scholars of Eduardo De Filippo, a public call for interventions inspired by works, elingua themes of the great Neapolitan Master;
- the call Exposed, addressed to visual artists who live in Naples, is an invitation to a self-census for an Extraordinary Art Exhibition, in collaboration with mappiNA;
- the dance workshop conducted by Brockenhaus project, Swiss-Swiss company
