La Pizza, as we know, it is one of the best known and most appreciated dishes in the world. For the occasion of the presentation of the Gambero Rosso 2017 Pizzerie d'Italia guide, Città del gusto Napoli has organized this particular aperitif to celebrate the ancient Neapolitan pizza in all its forms, baked, fried and by the meter.
There will be many exceptional Neapolitan pizza makers, like Enzo Piccirillo of Masardona and Gennaro Sarno of the City of taste in Naples.
