A bistro opens in the Bosco di Capodimonte: an herbal tea room for literary meetings, tastings and relaxation
If you want to spend a special day of total relaxation and culture, then you can't miss the new one Herbal tea-bistro located inside the Flower Stove, that is the ancient nineteenth-century greenhouse of the Real Wood of Capodimonte in Naples.
The structure was opened to the public just a few days ago, and the initiative is part of the extensive project of the director of Capodimonte, Sylavin Bellenger, who has set out to give a specific cultural destination to 17 Bourbon buildings in the Real Bosco di Capodimonte.
The Tisaneria-Bistrot in the Flower Stove
The Stufa dei Fiori is a special structure near the Palazzina dei Principi which since 1843 has been used as a greenhouse. In fact, he welcomed plants and flowers which needed a more temperate climate in the cold months of winter. Subsequently, the Stufa dei Fiori was raised about 1 meter to accommodate exotic species of greater height and in such a way that more light could arrive.
From the stove you can access a small green area of 500 square meters, it is a small nursery where once the most valuable plants of the Garden of the Princes.
The new Bistrot tea room, opened in this space, will be the first educational agroecosystem where you can participate in tasting activities, literary, artistic and social meetings, food education, agronomic, botanical and culinary events.
