Artecinema Festival at the Augusteo Theater: free admission for documentaries on contemporary art of the last 50 years!
From the 6 9 October 2016 the Artecinema, International Festival of Contemporary Films, will be at the Augustan theater in Naples, theadmission will be free and there will be the opportunity to see documentaries and films on contemporary art of the last fifty years.
THEinaugurazione of this event will be held on Wednesday 5 October al Teatro San Carlo. THE documentaries will be screened at the Augusteo Theater and will have the protagonists major artists, architects and photographers which in the last fifty years have made a notable contribution tocontemporary art.
In fact, there will be a subdivision of the audiovisual material: Art and surroundings e Architecture and Photography. The documentaries will be a mixture of interviews, biographies and archival material that will give the viewer the opportunity to approach the world of this much discussed and controversial art.
To participate in the inauguration evening at the San Carlo you will need to be accredited on the site of the theater or directly at the box office by paying 7 euro for the reservation fee.
Artecinema program
The program of the International Festival of Contemporary Films includes a series of daily projections that will start in the early afternoon and end in the second evening. On the official website you can consult the complete calendar of all films and documentaries transmitted from 17.00 to 23.30.
