Live ice creams and surprising flavors in the Arctic Gelateria that will open at Vomero!
The artisan ice cream sector is about to be revolutionized. The 20 September 2016 will open a Naples Artico Gelateria, the first Neapolitan store in the heart of the Vomero district, which has in place some important news.
The first concerns the choice of ingredients without preservatives and ogm, neither artificial colors or flavors. The second innovation is the production method with visible laboratory, in which, during the working day, you can observe the preparation of ice creams.
Thanks to this method it will be possible to buy the exclusive homemade ice cream live, made live by expert ice-cream masters, who in this way ensure an always fresh gelato.
Another surprise will be the truly original ice cream flavors including carrot cream with almonds and pistachios, mascarpone cream and fresh ginger, buffalo ricotta cream with fig and walnut sauce, salted pistachio, coffee cream and milinga. They will also be produced 32 variants and "nuances" of chocolate such as chocolate with tobacco and rum, with barolo chinato and white chocolate with saffron and rhubarb.
