Cod Village emerges as a revolutionary project, constituting the first village entirely consecrated to cod. This event is designed for lovers of this delicacy, rooted in the gastronomic tradition of Campania, and for those interested in discovering the flavors and characteristics of a fish once considered modest.
The cod is particularly appreciated in the Campania region, where it is cooked following a multitude of traditional and innovative recipes. The Traveling village of cod provides a unique opportunity to enter this universe of aromas and tastes.
After making a stop in Nocera, the village moved to Caivano, in Naples, from Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 June 2023.

Not just cod
The aim of the event is to present to the public some of the most important and innovative realities of theCampania food and wine. During the Village, they will be present stands dedicated to tasting products wine and food, including wines, beers, pasta, tomato products and much more, allowing visitors to savor and spread local specialties.
Show-cooking and entertainment for everyone
Il Cod Village is not limited to food: visitors will be able to witness a show-cooking with renowned chefs, even of international fame, who will prepare their valuable recipes live, all strictly centered on cod.
Il program of the event also includes moments of conviviality and shows for adults and children. Artists of various kinds will perform live, while shows and games will be dedicated to the little ones.
They will not fail cultural initiatives, such as the presentation of books and local promotion activities, as well as performances by street artists, comedians and comedians, all expertly organized to guarantee visitors days of fun and good food.
