The Anm of Naples is looking for new drivers to be allocated to their buses, for this a gang for hires that will be on a fixed-term basis for one year.
Meanwhile, as other news there is the one concerning the temporary drivers already in use who will be able to stay in the company for another two years because for them the extension has arrived until 30 June 2021.
There are 95 contracts whose expiration is scheduled for December 31 of this year, but an agreement has been signed with the unions Filt-Cgil, Uiltrasporti and Uglfana together with Cisal and Confail precisely to allow these workers to continue with their work.
In addition, as mentioned, the big news is that the Anm is in looks for another 250 drivers to hire and for this reason it has published a new call.
The new call for temporary drivers
The Anm notice provides that a qualified company seeks the 250 operators of exercise, i.e. bus drivers, which the company needs. This is a European tender, open procedure, for the award of the Framework Agreement for the "Service of Administration of temporary temporary workers with the qualification of Exercise Operators".
Then, it will be an interim agency to look for new workers and the ANM also reserves the possibility of requesting other specialist figures such as subway and funicular train drivers.
The new hires will sign a fixed-term contract and there will be no direct employment relationship with the Anm.
The requirements to participate
In addition to having Italian citizenship or an EU state, physical and psycho-aptitude suitability and no conviction or conflict of interest, it is necessary to possess the driving license D and CQC for at least 1 year and on high school diploma.

The salary of the new drivers
The announcement provides for a salary of 1558 € per month and also provides thirteenth and fourteenth. A year will be € 21814, in addition to allowances amounting to € 3300, such as for Sundays and holidays, and € 1000 per year for night service.
In addition, between severance pay, Inail contributions and Inps contributions, another 10700 euros are added. The total gross will be 38538 €.
