The Campania Region reassured by President Conte: enough with the disparities and more tests, swabs, supplies and Civil Protection volunteers are on the way.
Il Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte reassures the Regions, especially the Campania after the meeting between Minister Speranza and Vincenzo De Luca, and announced that there will no longer be inequality of treatment between them.
In particular, the differences in treatment between north and south must end and also Regions like Campania must rreceive a greater number of hospital supplies and a more precise intervention of the Civil Protection volunteers to face the Coronavirus emergency. Furthermore, with regard to the swabs and tests, our Region has received about 70% less from the State.
More swabs, tests and supplies for Campania
On the day in which there was a record number of infected people in Campania (757 on 8 October 2020), President De Luca went to Rome by the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza for an interview. The harmony was high and the Region obtained the reassurance to receive more ventilators, swabs, serology and salivary tests for schools.
They will also be sent more volunteers of the Civil Protection, equal in number to those sent to Lombardy in April, to carry out the contact tracking.
Surely results that encourage, during this period of emergency that it accentuates, and that we hope will lead to a better management of the epidemic.
