The parade dedicated to animals and nature will be the protagonist of the 2017 Carnival at the Bosco di Capodimonte in Naples!
The February 24 2017 at we will celebrate the Carnival al Wood of Capodimonte of Naples and this year's theme will be "The Wood with its inhabitants, animals and not".
It will be an event aimed at raising the awareness of children and young people towards the issues of safeguarding the environment and the fauna and flora that populate it.
The initiative aims to organize workshops in the Capodimonte area in preparation for the carnival which will end with a fun and colorful neighborhood parade during the day of the absurd, a big party where anything can happen, solidarity and social open to all to overturn an increasingly banal and daily reality.
A show to ask for the redevelopment of green areas of our neighborhood and our city, which are open spaces for play and freedom, far from the pollution and chaos of the city.
The route includes the departure from Wood of Capodimonte, parade through the village of Lieti until the arrival at the Parchetto of Villa Capriccio.
Carnival workshops
The workshops to prepare the Carnival will take place in the previous weeks:
- 12 February from 10.00 to Bosco di Capodimonte
- 19 February from 11.00 in the Parchetto of Villa Capriccio
