Carnival in Carditello with XNUMXth century dance, shows, ponies and visits

The Foundation Carditello arrange another one of their own weekend full of fun and, this time, the central theme of the appointment will obviously be the Carnival.

Il 18 and 19 February, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the tradition and culture of Carditello by attending the musical event of Great Cart of the Bottari of San Tammaro, performing guided tours at historical places, but also while admiring the Nineteenth-century Grand Ball a promenade dance scene in historical costume.

Obviously the activities do not end here, as always there will be i pony of the estate, creative workshops, theater show, music and much more. here is the complete program.

Saturday February 18

  • 10:30: Great Cart of the Bottari of San Tammaro. Musical event of the local peasant tradition.
  • 11:30: Fantasy-e in the woods. Presentation of traditional masks in a fantasy and contemporary key.
  • 15:00/16:00: Special accompanied visits to the riding track, sundials, fountains, stables, royal chapel.
  • 15:00/16:30: Cardipony. Walks and games in the saddle.
  • 16:00: Pulcinella & the Ballatrici. Theatrical and musical show by BrigantinCanto with folk dances in costume by Carmen Percontra and Southern rhythms

Sunday February 19

  • 10:00/12:30 e 15-16:30: cardpony. Walks and games in the saddle.
  • 10:30: I know you mask. Entertainment, readings and creative and musical workshops.
  • 11:00-16:00: Picnic area
  • 11:30: Incursions of extras in XNUMXth century clothes. Figure in historical costume.
  • 11:30/12:30/15:00/16:00: Special accompanied visits to the riding track, sundials, fountains, stables, royal chapel.
  • 16:00: XNUMXth Century Grand Ball. Scenic promenade of dances in historical costume.
