Il January 26 2023 marks the day of the event”There Squacqualacchiun & The Tomacella Festival“. This festival is not only a carnival celebration but also an opportunity to savor the Tomacelle, a local specialty. These Meatballs, made with pork offal, horseradish and grated cheese, can be grilled or boiled, served with potatoes, peppers and accompanied by a good glass of wine.
