Treasure card in Naples, the treasure hunt on paper recycling with prizes of over 1000 euros

On Saturday, April 9, 2022, a special treasure hunt entitled " Carta al tesoro " will be held in Naples , organized by the Municipality together with Asia, the company that handles waste collection in the city.

This is a team game whose aim is not only to entertain participants , but also to inform citizens about the correct practices for waste separation and the collection of paper and cardboard.

By playing and learning, the participants will compete in a journey in stages that includes here and games related to paper recycling.

How to play

The location will be the historic center of Naples, and the team that demonstrates its knowledge of paper and cardboard recycling will win.

Treasure paper was created by Comieco , the National Consortium for the Recovery and Recycling of Cellulose-Based Packaging, and is based on the value of this material, which is a symbol of circularity and recyclability.

The meeting point is at 9:30 a.m. in Piazza Dante, near what will be the Carta al Tesoro Arena, and the event will start at 10:30 a.m. Participants, through quizzes and games , will have to reach some symbolic recycling-related milestones and pass the various checkpoints.

Whoever reaches the final stage first, after a 5km course, will return to Piazza Dante for the final game that will decide who will be the winner.

The prizes of the Treasury Card

Up for grabs are shopping vouchers of the following values:

• 1500 euros for first place;
• 1000 euros for second place;
• 500 euros for third place.

How to sign up

Participation is free and both adults and children can participate up to a maximum of 80 teams.

To register, you must register on the Carta al tesoro website . If you register directly on race day, simply go to the stand in Piazza Dante between 9:00 and 10:00.
