Certosa di San Martino and Villa Pignatelli in Naples: extraordinary openings on Saturday evening

For two Saturdays the Certosa di San Martino and the Villa Pignatelli in Naples will welcome the public with extraordinary evening openings!

Appointment at the museum the 14 and 21 October 2017: the public can visit the Certosa di San Martino e Villa Pignatelli di Napoli during extraordinary evening openings on Saturday. The initiative thus makes it possible to visit the temporary exhibitions set up in the two sites.

The Certosa di San Martino houses the exhibition “The Way of the Certose. Paths of the soul ". It will be possible to discover the works of the great masters of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, compared with the masterpieces of contemporary artists. Among the authors on display are Jacopo Ligozzi, Luca Giordano, Anish Kapoor and Lucio Fontana. For the occasion, a reduced admission ticket.

At the Museum of Villa Pignatelli, on the other hand, the exhibition “Naples between fiction and reality. Background of Bastardi di Pizzofalcone". Visitors will be able to admire the photographs of the backstage of fiction set in Naples, taken by Anna Camerlingo. The series, which has enjoyed tremendous success, is about from the novels of Maurizio De Giovanni and tells the story of Commissioner Lojacono.
