This year, the culinary surprise of Valentine's Day will be a giant chocolate heart, heavy well 100kg. Created by chocolate masters of Chocoland, this delight will be decorated by professional pastry chefs and released on February 14th. Choco Factory and Show Cooking
Space Choco Factory will open its doors to elementary, middle and hotel schools for a unique and educational experience. Participants will be able to learn the ABC of chocolate and put the hands in dough, participating in WORKSHOPS of processing of sweets and chocolate.
Also, every day they will be there cooking show dedicated to the combination of chocolate with different dishes like cod, mozzarella cheese e pizza, a unique opportunity to discover new flavors and learn culinary pairing techniques.
