New appointment with Chocoland 2016 at Vomero, the most awaited chocolate fair in Naples!
After the great success of the last editions, returns Chocoland in Naples and he will do it from 27 October to 1 November 2016.
La chocolate fair will be set up at Vomero, in via Luca Giordano and via Scarlatti, with many stands and delicious news. You can find the products of the best Master Chocolatiers in Italy and everything will be strictly free admission.
It will be an event that will delight young and old, who can taste many types of homemade chocolate in many different tastes, from the classic to the most innovative.
The chocolates will also have very original shapes, in fact, you can find shoes, hardware tools, musical instruments, cartoon characters. And, of course, there will be the inevitable choco-kebab and also the choco-Cuoppo.
Chocoland workshops and workshops
Among the many stands you can also participate in workshops and workshops held by Master Chocolatiers who will reveal some tricks of the trade and make you travel into the world ofchocolate art. They will teach you how to make chocolates, from the simplest to the most complex. To participate you will need to book the courses that interest you and below we indicate the program.
Friday 14th October
Stuffed chocolate (ganache)
Participants will learn how to make ganache, learning notions about tempering the chocolate, inserting the ganache and closing the chocolate
Saturday October 29
Chocolate liqueur
A liqueur filling will be prepared and a molded shirt will be used to learn how to compose the chocolate.
Sunday October 30
Flowers and leaves in plastic chocolate with construction of a dummy
You will learn to create plastic chocolate forming flowers and leaves, using a spatula, rolling pin and other tools and you will make a dummy with flowers.
