Il Capodimonte Museum hosts a film festival showing old and new films, especially some new boom in musicals successful. Let's start with the first feature film the 8 December 2022, during the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, at 20:00.
To inaugurate the film event will be “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes” by Howard Hawks from 1953. In addition to films from the 50s, titles from the 70s, 2001 and even current ones will be broadcast.
The viewing will take place on the ground floor of the Museum, in the auditorium. Access costs 2 € and booking is not necessary, you can simply enter the room until exhaustion of seats.
The entrance ticket will include a visit to the Museum to visit it, instead of watching the film, during the evening openings (from 19.30 to 22.30, with last admission at 21.30).
Films will be screened in original language with Italian subtitles.
