Presentation of the cast and production of the Circo de los Horrores at the press conference in the Mostra d'Oltremare
Today 28 October 2014, in the Mostra d'Oltremare of Naples, the press conference for the presentation of the long-awaited was held Circus de los Horrores.
Inside a spooky circus tent set up to accommodate the 7-week show, those present had the opportunity to get to know and understand the event in a truly atypical and engaging way: almost all the actors of the cast, dressed up and dressed to hoc, they recreated in the dark the terrifying atmosphere that will surround the structure during the show evenings.
Between a cursed crucifix, a bloody knife, a crazy electric saw and the evil laugh of a killer clown, we could immerse ourselves in the mixture of suspense, fear, but also fun, masterfully created by one of the most innovative shows in recent years.
The Circo de los Horrores, in fact, has been on tour all over the world for a long time, touching places such as Spain, Latin America and Miami, managing to land in Naples after the Palermo stage. The shows that will be held in our city will be hosted, as mentioned, by the Mostra d'Oltremare and have received the moral patronage of the Youth Department of the Municipality of Naples.
The councilor for young people Alessandra Clemente, present at the conference this morning, said she was proud of our city, which is increasingly the venue for events in international relevance and underlined the importance of the show in question for the Neapolitan artistic circuit.
In fact, the Circo de los Horrores, associating theater, circus and cabaret, manages to tell many stories using different registers. As we could see this morning from the reduced representation of the show that was presented to the journalists present, the perception of fear that you want to give is recreated both through mime, both through valuable acrobatics, and with purely theatrical performances.
Why perception is above all: the most intense terror is that which is perceived and not seen directly, the fear that leads to panic is that which touches us provoking shivers deep. And the short show staged this morning showed it.
Summary of the show
The short performance made us first of all know Nosferatu, the vampire of the night and Poet of Horror, who introduced the performances of other creepy characters.
We met the executioner who justice his victim on a wooden gallows ready to welcome the injured head of the offender; there dead bride and abandoned on the day of her marriage, whose soul was given to the devil in return for her husband's return; Beelzebub, the demon and guardian of the Cemetery of the Horrors (the main location of the show); Grimo, the killer clown behind whose mask, apparently kind, hides a monster with a tendency to organize terrifying jokes.
They are just some of the protagonists of the long show that for tens of nights will be replicated in Naples and that will make us know the Vampira Devora, of the Lost Souls, of the Crazy with the Sister Macellaia, of the Mummies and of many other gloomy individuals. To get to know them all, you just have to participate in one of the many dates scheduled in Naples.
Be careful, however, because the characteristic of the show concerns the interaction with the public. In between performances, you may be called to the stage and play the victim of some joke, a frightened patient or a betrayed lover!

The Circo de los Horrores will be in Naples till as of December 8, 2014 at 14 December 2014 in the big circus tent set up inside the Mostra d'Oltremare. There will also be two daily shows on the weekend. We remind you that the show is not recommended for children under 10.
