From today 10 December 2017 the Traiano station of the Circumflegrea of ​​Naples will be closed indefinitely to allow urgent safety work.

In fact, for too long this part, the station is subject to serious vandalism which made it increasingly dangerous and unusable and the last of these events took place on November 26th. They were some windows were destroyed, the panels were torn and the turnstiles damaged. Furthermore, it was also targeted by various writers.

The President of the regional transport holding company, Umberto De Gregorio, stated that the closure of the Traiano station was necessary for guarantee the safety of travelers. For this reason, commuters will not be able to use them, we do not know yet until what date, but they will have to Go to the Soccavo stop, the closest of the Circumflegrea line.
