Concerts of the New Scarlatti Orchestra in Naples: here is the rich program

Starting from June 2nd and until July 28th 2021 the Concerts of the New Scarlatti Orchestra in Naples that for the occasion they will play with public in attendance will propose a series of truly special musical events.

The concerts will take place in different places of the city of Naples as the Church of the Saints Marcellino and Festo, Courtyard of the Statues of the Federico II University, and then again the Courtyard of the wonderful Maschio Angioino in Naples.

The program

2th June 2021

At 19:30 in the Church of SS. Marcellino and Festo, in Largo San Marcellino, a special concert with two violinists from Campania or Francesco De Angelis soloist and shoulder of the Orchestra of the Teatro Alla Scala and of the Filarmonica della Scala and Daniela Cammarano from the multifaceted international career of soloist, chamber musician and shoulder in different important orchestras.

The two artists, together with the Nuova Scarlatti Orchestra, will perform the Concerto for two violins, cello and strings op. 3 n. 11 by Antonio Vivaldi and the Concerto for two violins and orchestra BWN 1043 by JS Bach.

5th June 2021

At 19:30 at the Church of SS. Marcellino and Festo the concert of the Scarlatti Young Orchestra in decimino formation. Music by Mozart, Rossini, Brahms.

11th June 2021

At the Church of SS. Marcellino and Festo with Sonata Dantis the concert-story between music and verses proposed by the Lirico Ensemble.

17th June 2021

In the church of SS. Marcellino and Festo a special appointment with the New Scarlatti Orchestra and Federico Guglielmo as solo violin.

20th June 2021

Concert of the Scarlatti Amateur Orchestra for all at the Church of SS. Marcellinus and Festus.

23th June 2021

The Trio formed by the soprano Naomi Rivieccio, the clarinetist Gaetano Russo and the pianist Laura Cozzolino in a special concert between the music of Brahms, Schubert and others at the Chiesa dei SS. Marcellinus and Festus.

June 27 and July 10, 2021

In the Courtyard of the Statues of the Federico II University a special symphonic concert by the Scarlatti Junior Orchestra on June 27 and July 10, Mozart's Concerto for clarinet and orchestra K. 662.

July 17 2021

In the courtyard of the Maschio Angioino in Naples, the Winds of the New Scarlatti Orchestra.

July 23 2021

In the Courtyard of the Statues a special appointment with the concert of the Scarlatti Young Orchestra with the Neapolitan conductor Giuseppe Galiano.

July 28 2021

In the Cortile delle Statue the Scarlatti Young Orchestra with a special musical selection from the popular Divine Comedy Opera Musical by Marco Frisina.
