ConCertosa is back with concerts by young musicians from schools who perform at the Certosa di San Martino!

From 17 June to 1 July 2016 to the Charterhouse and Museum of San Martino di Napoli will start the rassigns ConCertosa.

Thanks to this initiative, middle school children will perform in a series of concerts. The Orchestra of this edition will be formed by students of the Pirandello-Svevo School of Soccavo, suburb of Naples. In addition, the Choir of the Pietà dei Turchini and the San Rocco Children's Choir, the AEMAS Academy, the Junior Scarlatti Orchestra will participate.

The event is organized by the Campania Museum Complex and supported by the Amici di Capodimonte ONLUS Association and by Le Nuvole / Casa del Contemporaneo, with the patronage of the Municipality of Naples, and is dedicated to the important educational and didactic role of music for children and adolescents.
The basic musical notions are given by the school that offers the possibility to study an instrument of your choice. The boys who will be passionate, will be able to perfect their studies at the youth orchestras; the academies and associations.

At the end of the performances, the boys and their families they will visit the most important sections of the Charterhouse, to enrich the musical experience with the artistic one.
