The Municipality of the city of Naples has announced a novelty or by summer 2022 they will be banned new contests managed by Formez PA for the hiring of about 1000 permanent employees.
In particular, 945 employees will be hired in categories C and D, medium-high profiles between administrators and officials, while another 100 employees will be hired under the Pact for Naples. The competition includes tests to overcome which will be carried out by National School of Public Administration.
These new hires are due to the fact that you will soon have one shortage of staff in the Municipality of Naples with over 1300 employees aged over 63 and around 800 applications for early retirement are expected. But let's see the details of the contests.
The places available and their subdivision
They will be available 1000 places, without age limits, which will be distributed in about 3 years and will be divided as follows:

- 55 seats for managers

As already specified, participation in the competitions will include some tests to overcome, these can be divided into:

- Public Accounting / State Accounting
- Public employment relationship

- Criminal law
- English language
- I.T.
