Coronavirus emergency in Naples: supermarkets and shops closed at Easter and Easter Monday!
The president of the Campania region, Vincenzo De Luca has signed an ordinance which establishes that on Easter and Easter Monday, that is Sunday 12 and Monday 13 April 2020 all shops and supermarkets they will have to stay closed.

In fact, we would like to remind you that due to the ongoing health emergency caused by the Coronavirus all over Italy and therefore also in Naples all businesses have been closed with the exception of supermarkets for the sale of basic necessities and pharmacies and parapharmacies that instead together with fuel dispensers they will also remain open on Easter holidays and Monday in Albis.
So for those who still have to buy food to celebrate the Holy Easter with traditional food you can do this until Saturday 11 April 2020. Supermarkets will open regularly from Tuesday 14 April 2020.
