The new ordinance of the Campania Region provides for the closure at 23.00 pm, on the weekend, for pubs, bars and ice cream parlors. Here are all the provisions for restaurants as well.
La Campania region issued a new ordinance which provides for provisions for local, bar e restaurants valid until 20 October 2020.
Following the analysis of the epidemiological trend of Covid-19, the ordinance number 77 establishes the following closing times for the activities:
- bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops and similar establishments must close the business from 23,00 pm to 06,00 am the following day, in the days from Sunday to Thursday; from 24,00 to 6,00 the following day, on Friday and Saturday. The exceptions are the shops present in wholesale structures that observe night hours of operation.
- restaurants, pizzerias and other catering establishments (pubs, wineries, kebabs and similar), are obliged to provide for the last entry of customers as well as customers for take-away at 23,00 pm, for the whole week. Home deliveries are allowed without time limits.
The provisions of Ordinance n.75 of 29 September 2020, published in the BURC on the same date and related sector Protocols attached, remain confirmed.
We remind you that the obligation to is always in force wear the mask even outdoors and all the mandatory security measures already prescribed for owners and users of commercial, cultural, recreational, or in any case open to the public, are valid.
