The funds to increase pensions and bonuses for workers, businesses and families in difficulty arrive in Campania. Here is De Luca's economic and social plan.
Today Friday 10 April 2020, the President of the Campania Region Vincenzo De Luca he spoke again to citizens through a direct Facebook explaining what the new ones are economic and social measures provided by the regional plan and which ones obligations will be there in the coming weeks.
The President also announced that, among other things, theobligation to go out wearing a mask and that a large amount will be made available to make it easy for everyone.
Instead, the social and economic plan provides for aliquidity injection for the weaker segments, for medium and small enterprises and aid to the most needy. The aim is to get the funds as early as the end of April. We report that all details will be present on the Region website from next week with the forms to fill out.
The economic plan of the Campania Region
Increase in minimum pensions
One of the most important interventions concerns theincrease in minimum pensions to 1000 euros for the months of May and June. These are not only those who have social allowances, but also ordinary old-age pensions under € 1000. They will be involved 250mila people. The lists are awaited from the INPs.
The payment will be made in the same way in which the INPS currently pays pensions.
Funds for small businesses
A one off of 2000 euros to small businesses affected by closures. Companies with operational headquarters in the Campania Region registered in the Register of Companies in the Chamber of Commerce, with turnover registered in 2019 below 100000 euros and with less than 10 employees. These small businesses are preferred over those that invoice, as pointed out by De Luca, much more, for example millions of euros.
Applications to obtain the 2000 euros must be completed and sent online to the Campania Region. Socio-economic details will be published on the Region's website next week.
Bonus for professionals and self-employed workers
It is a one-time fee of 1000 euros, combinable with 600 euros of the national government. Professionals and self-employed workers who have invoiced, in 2019, less than 35000 euros (understood as the total amount of the professional fees actually received) can access it. Applications must always be completed online and the form will also be published in this case.
Fund for farms
They can access it registered with the Chamber of Commerce and must be professional agricultural entrepreneurs and direct farmers. provides € 1500 for direct growers with up to 5 employees and € 2000 for companies with more than 5 employees. Applications must be submitted through an accredited Authorized Agricultural Assistance Center.
Seasonal workers
For those who work in hotel and non-hotel activities, a contribution of 600 euros is foreseen by the Government. The region also provides for the disbursement of 300 euros for 4 months, from March to June.

Zone social plans
Lists of families with the disabled not serious to transfer the bonus from the Campania Region to them.
University residences
The plan provides for the decision to do not make students pay for university residences for the months in which the universities are closed.
Public call for families

Sport
Commitments with gym managers and with CONI to give contributions to sports activities. Already with many sports facilities, the Region has invested 270 million to build 70 sports facilities.
Obligation to wear masks
Will about 3 and a half million masks placed in companies and an ordinance will make them mandatory for everyone.
Initially they will be gradually distributed to pharmacies, family doctors, municipalities, Caritas. In addition, they will also be distributed to tobacconists and supermarkets, where they will have to be sold at half the cost price

Obligation to stay at home: valid at least until May
As valid for some time, the obligation to stay at home and therefore the ban on going out, except for reasons of necessity, is still valid since "if we relax in two weeks we will count the thousands of new infections. This year will be an Easter that we will all remember. It will be complicated days, it is useless to hide it. But we have to grit our teeth and avoid acts of irresponsibility ".
Phase 2: the gradual resumption of activities
We must increasingly focus on limitation of contagion and outbreaks and the construction of hospitals dedicated to Covid-19. This phase 2, even if it doesn't have a precise date yet, it may even start in May if we all behave in a fair and serious manner in these weeks.
