Free yoga classes for young people at the Floridiana Villa and the Youth Centers of Naples.
“Youth in yoga” is a project conceived by the Integral Yoga School of Naples and promoted by the Department of Youth, Creativity, Innovation of the City of Naples to bring young people to this discipline of Eastern origin.
The initiative is aimed at young people aged 18 and 25 years and provides for the activation of free yoga classes at the Museo Duca di Martina di Floridiana, the Galleria Principe di Napoli and the Youth Centers of the Municipality of Naples. These places will make their spaces available for the courses, accessible to University students and visitors.
To register, simply complete the registration form. The courses will be taught by 20 students who have completed the training course at the Integral Yoga School. The meetings they will take place weekly and will be held in the afternoon from March until the 21 June 2017, World Yoga Day.
