Grilled meat, fries and street food will be the protagonists of a tasty gastronomic festival scheduled in theagricultural company of the "Giovanni Falcone" Institute, in the fraction of Licola (Pozzuoli), the 7 and 8 June 2014.

Il Country Festival of Embers and Fries will be held inside the park of the school set up, for the occasion, to recreate the setting of the old West, and where you can taste specialties and dishes of country kitchen and Neapolitan cuisine, in an atmosphere enlivened by games, music and dances.

Il menu of the Festival includes a wide assortment of meats, cheeses, vegetables, grilled dairy products, accompanied by traditional Neapolitan side dishes. It will be possible to taste his first courses but also to savor sandwiches, fried pizzas and street food offered by the various food stands in the typical Neapolitan "cuppetiello" format.

Participants in the kermesse will also be able to visit the institute's archaeological park, his farm, his greenhouses and also to buy a wide range of highly qualified agro-food products.
