The Country Festival of Embers and Fries in Licola will be accompanied by music and dance performances!
It comes to the fourth edition the Country Festival of the Embers and Fries which will take place l'11 and 12 June 2016, at the agricultural business of IS "Falcone" Licola di Pozzuoli.
For the occasion, an environment linked to the old West will be created in which country food will mix with Neapolitan cuisine. Participants will be able to visit the archaeological park of the Institute, the greenhouses, the farm and if they want they can taste or buy agro-food products. In addition to the care with which the scenographies were created and the excellent food to be served, there will also be a rich program of games, music and dances with direct involvement of guests.
We remember the performances of the Country Western Dance organized by the Millenium Center of Bacoli.
Visitors can taste a wide assortment of meat, cheesegrilled vegetables and dairy products; or they can find a wide selection of sandwiches with frankfurters, hamburgers, sausages, cheeses, porchetta or sandwiches for vegetarians; for those who love it street food there will be no shortage of fried foods in the typical Neapolitan “cuppetiello”. For those who do not know how to give up a good first course and a second course based on meat and fries, there will be spoiled for choice.
