Covid-19 in Campania: the hours of some clubs and activities change

In Campania, the hours of some places change with the new ordinance that follows the Government decree. Here are the news.

La new ordinance of the Campania Region, published on 14 October 2020 under number 78, provides for changes to the closing times of the premises with respect to the provisions of the Prime Minister's Decree of 13 October.

In order to manage the Covid-19 emergency even better, on certain days of the week bar, ice cream, confectioneries and similar activities will have to follow a different obligation, while for the other premises everything remains unchanged.

Here are the details:

  • bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops and other similar activities are required to close from 23.00 pm to 05.00 am the following day, from Sunday to Thursday. From Monday to Wednesday they can continue to remain open until 24.00 with table service and until 21.00 in the absence of table service. The only exceptions are the bars / refreshment points at the service stations of the motorways and ring roads as well as those present
    within wholesalers that observe night-time operating hours;
  • restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, wineries and the like, as provided for in the previous ordinance, can remain open until 24.00 with table service and until 21.00 if there is no table service.

Ceremonies

The Prime Ministerial Decree of 13 October is always valid, therefore it is possible to carry out ceremonies resulting from religious and civil rites, always with a maximum of 30 participants.
