News in the school environment regarding the Coronavirus health emergency, a new decree concerning anti-Covid procedures 19.
Middle and high schools
In particular, in lower and upper secondary schools, in the case of two positive ones, whoever owns the Super Green Passes and ends self-monitoring, will also be able to resume school activities in presence without having to swab and without having to show the medical certificate.
So you can only go back to school if you have only one green certification, which obviously will need to be updated. But these are not the only news, let's see in detail.
Kindergarten and elementary schools
With regard to the primary and kindergarten, children aged 5 to 10, in the event of a positive in the classroom, remain in school but a rapid or molecular antigen test, which must be repeated at a distance of 5 days.
If, on the other hand, there are two positives:
- pupils who have not yet received the vaccination must carry out the quarantine for 10 days, and undergo the swab to return to the classroom;
- all the students who received the Vaccine or are healed from Covid for less than 120 days at the end of self-surveillance, they return without the need for a buffer.
The other news
The decree, which was published in the Official Journal of January 27, 2022, also provides free tampons for elementary school children. For the free lab tests have been well earmarked 19,2 million euros.
Furthermore, the vaccination campaign continues even for the youngest with encouraging data, in fact almost 30% of children between 5 and 11 years have taken the first doses, while the numbers for children between 12 and 19 years rise to 85%.
As far as elementary school is concerned, it is considering the possibility not to resort to distance learning for vaccinated students, and just like high school you will only go home from three infections up.
The face-to-face lessons continue and, according to the weekly monitoring of the ministry of education, in Campania the data concerning the pupils in presence is 82,2%.
