For the spring edition of Discodays, a short film dedicated to the Neapolitan artist will be made, entitled "Terra Mia, Napoli greets Pino Daniele"
Like every year, the first appointment with one of the two editions of the DiscoDays it will be held in spring, this time in the month of March. The event dedicated to vinyl, and good music in general, hosted is always full of interesting initiatives and proposals.
One of the most important for this edition could only concern the great Neapolitan artist Pino Daniele, which left us with a heart attack a little over a month ago. In fact, Discoodays will not only dedicate the entire 29 event on March 2015 a Pinuccio, but he thought of a nice project that will involve all the fans of the artist.
The idea is to create a short film entitled "Terra Mia, Naples greets Pino Daniele", collecting all the images that anyone will want, can send to the organizers. We can thus bring together thoughts, reflections, emotions, memories, stories, anecdotes of all those who have had Pino Daniele, and his songs, as a fundamental part of his life.
How to make and send the video
To participate it will be sufficient to make a movie with your mobile phone and send it to Discodays. The video can be shot as you prefer, the important thing is that the story emerges from the images of how Pino Daniele was important in his life path, thanks to his music and his thoughts. Free space for the imagination, therefore, but reveal the sign that the singer has left in your existence.
The video must have a duration not exceeding 90 seconds and must be sent via whatsapp to the number 3883932120 with the names of the participants (who will be quoted in the credits) by March 15th 2015. You will not have to worry about cutting or deleting parts from the video.
Once edited, the short film created will be screened in its entirety at Discodays on March 29th. In this way, a collective cinematic experience will be lived. The documentary will be made by Francesco Giglio under the supervision of Flavio Gioia.
