Temporary traffic device at Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Naples

Until January 2021 a new traffic device is expected at Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Naples due to extraordinary maintenance works.

Significant extraordinary maintenance work began on 23 October 2020 on a section of Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Naples and will last until 10 January 2021.

For this reason, a temporary traffic control system has been set up in the stretch between Piazzetta Cariati and number 370. Mobile construction sites have been installed for the subsequent 100-meter stretches in the direction of Piazza Mazzini.

Here's what the device predicts.

Traffic device and road modifications on Corso Vittorio Emanuele

They are suspended:

• Paid parking on the blue lines towards Mergellina, from the confluence with via Suor Orsola and up
  at number 274;
• stalls reserved for particular categories, which can park in the immediate vicinity;
• the ANM bus stop number 2530, moved a few meters;
• the taxi rank located at the exit of the Central Funicular;
• the ANM bus stop towards Mergellina, at the votive shrine;
• the ANM bus stop in the direction of Piazza Mazzini, at street number 347.

The following are established:

• the prohibition of permanent parking with forced removal on both sides in the road sections from time to time
  committed by the works
• the alternating one-way street regulated by traffic lights and movieri;
• taxi parking from the confluence with via Suor Orsola up to number 274;
• the one way traffic in vico Trinità delle Monache and in via Santa Lucia al Monte, from corso Vittorio Emanuele to the intersection with via Pasquale Scura;
• the obligation to turn right in via Pasquale Scura for vehicles coming from via Girardi
