Maurizio Costanzo has died, he dies at the age of 83
The disappearance of Maurizio Costanzo it shocked the whole of Italy. Alone 84 years, TV host, film producer and newspaper editor has drawn a great line in the Italian entertainment industry. The causes have not been officially disclosed, but for about a week it was hospitalized in a Rome clinic.
His were known heart problems and had faced multiple hospitalizations e an open heart operation.

Costanzo achieved fame as conductor of the program of interviews "Maurizio Costanzo Show", aired on Channel 5 for 33 years.
Constantius was known for his direct ways and his firm tone, which allowed him to conduct interviews with a great deal of respect and professionalism. His broadcast was the first to deal with controversial topics and to host personalities from the Italian cultural and political scene.
In addition to his television activity, Costanzo was also a film producer of success, bringing success to many of the major Italian films of the last few decades. He has also directed several newspapers and magazines, such as the weekly "Sette".
His passing has caused great sadness throughout the country. Many personalities from TV, Italian culture and politics wanted to pay tribute to Costanzo with moving words.

A 28-year love affair with Maria De Filippi
Maurizio Costanzo was married since 1995 with Maria De Filippi, a very popular TV presenter and producer. The two had met in 1990 when she was a young author of the Maurizio Costanzo Show.
Since then they have never left each other and have formed one of the most loved and solid couples in the Italian show business. They adopted two children: Gabriele in 2004 and Giovanni in 2008.
