After Christmas, there are still many events for children in Naples including workshops, circus, theater and shows!
In the week following the end of all the Christmas holidays, there are many and interesting events for children in Naples from 15 to 17 January 2016.
Il Theater of the Little, To Mostra d'Oltremare offers two shows: children will travel in the works of art with Piumetto and will fight with Kirikù against the witch Karabà. Remaining in the context of the shows, The Fun Factory in Herculaneum he will organize a workshop / show of the ancient Neapolitan art of puppets, with puppets with a well-defined character.
After two years, the marvelous performances of the Circus Lidia Togni, this year with many news and surprises compared to past years.
Among the activities related to more practical teaching, there will be Charlie Jones that will lead the children in the basement of the Rione Sanità to discover together all the characteristics of the archaeological finds, while the Feltrinelli will give the little ones the opportunity to create their own hero and build him a real home.

Theater of the Little
With the theater season 2015 / 2016, inaugurated last November, the Teatro dei Piccoli at Mostra d'Oltremare offers a full program of shows for around 150 days of programming. This weekend two shows will be staged: Kirikù and the witch Karabà, where little Kirikù will have to save his village from the evil witch, e The fairy tale of Piumetto traveler in art in which the protagonist and the audience will travel through the works of art.

Charlie Jones, children archeologists
A family tour with a real excavation, even if simulated! The little ones will be able to access an archaeological site with the help of Carlo Leggieri, in the role of "Charlie Jones". It starts from Porta San Gennaro at 10.30, Sunday 17 January 2016, to descend into the subsoil of the Sanità district and study, like true archaeologists, the finds of ancient Neapolis.

Circus Lidia Togni
After two years of absence, the Circus Lidia Togni returns to visit us with many and more surprises! Until Valentine's Day, the Circus will be available to young and old, at Viale Giochi del Mediterraneo with many new features. For this year, in fact, the most welcome surprise is the Cavalleria with 30 horses of fine breeds and Shetland ponies. Besides the horses there will be parrots, Bengal tigers and white lions.

Archipicchia, small architects grow up
Saturday morning 16 January 2016, the Feltrinelli will organize an architecture workshop for the little ones. First of all, they will create their fantasy hero in paper and, soon after, they will have to build a real home. In this way, children will have to deal with measurements, building materials and will learn how to manage spaces for every need. Children aged up to 5 can participate.

Le Guarattelle, a puppet workshop
A storytelling workshop through the Neapolitan art of puppets, a type of show that was once widespread in the streets. The workshop is designed by the group Crank stories, artists who create puppets through which children can get to know each other better, as each puppet has a very specific character. La Fabbrica del Divertimento offers a cycle of 4 meetings for children aged 6 to 9.
